In most cases, DataGear® can have a repair technician on site within one to two days of your repair request! We can help get your system or printer working with little complication and fewer errors.

We also have very competitive rates - we only have a one hour on-site minimum charge in an industry where two hour minimums are the standard. Additionally, if we are on-site and able to repair two or more items in that hour, our customers are charged for only one hour, not an hour per item.

DataGear® has a nationwide network of service technicians located in nearly every major metropolitan area. Our technicians are available to service your industrial and thermal printers, wireless systems, camera systems and more.

Our on-site repair services are available on a time and materials basis or as part of a service maintenance contract for those who want more control over their ongoing repair costs.

For our intermodal customers: all DataGear® technicians have TWICS cards for any required on-site repairs.
